The menu, which takes the name ‘Gogo’ from the Japanese word for afternoon, pairs classic Japanese ice cream mochis with refreshing Champagne cocktails. The special selection will be served on their secluded terrace in the heart of London, ideal for the most luxurious and relaxing of afternoons.

Group Pastry Chef Julien Phillipe has joined forces with Zuma’s esteemed Bar Manager Pawel Rolka to create a bespoke selection of matching desserts and drinks.

The menu features two delicately flavoured mochis; sweet cherry and white chocolate and fruity guava and mango. The specially curated cocktail range includes Sugi Zai (Ketel One vodka infused cedar wood, lemon juice, cherry brandy, yuzu juice, champagne), Rose Petal Martini (Crystal Head aurora vodka, ginger and rose petal syrup, lychee puree, lemon juice and champagne) and one of the summer specials the Hokkaido Blossom (Tanqueray No. TEN, lillet blanc, plum sake, lemon, orange blossom, Champagne).

The mochis are £6 for two, with cocktails starting at £10.70. The range is available seven days a week from 3pm-5:30pm until the end of summer.
