Not long ago, we featured one of our long-time favourite creatives and Co-Founder of Oeuf NYC, Sophie Demenge. Have a read HERE
…After chatting all things New York, raising teens and broccoli-shaped pillows, plus a glimpse into Sophie’s eclectic Brooklyn-based home, we couldn’t help ourselves and just had to delve right back in! This time to focus on said humble abode, where she lives with husband and Oeuf Co-Founder, Ryan, and their Children, Mae, 17, and Marius, 14.
From organising doll’s houses, playing dress up, making dens to more recently perhaps, shopping for your apartment, setting up a nursery or your kid’s first ‘big’ bedroom, Sophie’s home is the epitome of all the interior dreams you’ve ever had. I mean, there’s a trapeze in the living room, family portraits on eggs (yes, really!) and shelves full of worldly treasures – and it all just fits together so darn well. It’s easy to see how life in the Demenge household merges with and inspires the well-loved eco-friendly label and vice versa.
Keep scrolling for a tonne of photos what will make you want to renovate ASAP. Oh, and Sophie’s top spots to find home décor treasures in New York…
Sophie’s Top 3 Spots:
01. It’s fair to say that the Primary Essentials is one of my favorite stores in New York. Each piece belongs. The selection is carefully curated. It’s calming. The overall experience is pure delight. And it’s a quick walk to my house.

02. Flea markets are always fun and fascinating, no matter where you are in the world. It’s a great place for people watching and looking for the hidden treasure or good deals. Plus I’m sure to meet someone I know at the Brooklyn location and that’s always a good surprise.

03. The rooster of designers is very impressive. I always discover new designs. It definitely inspires. And it’s also in Brooklyn. I love being able to walk or bike to my favorite locations.
