Is Christmas really Christmas without visiting pop up after pop up and market after market? We’re far from moaning about this, actually quite the opposite – we love it. This season, there’s a couple of pop ups we will most definitely be visiting (probably more than once and probably to buy gifts mainly for ourselves)…
If you know Caperberry, you’ll know how much we love a good collab. Lisa Mehydene, Founder of online interiors destination edit58.com, and creative consultant and homeware designer Matilda Goad, have joined forces, merged their creative strength and designed the mother of all shades…
The rattan scallop pendant shade is handmade in Bali by edit58’s artisans. Alongside the natural rattan style, there will also be the opportunity to commission shades in whatever colour currently tickles your fancy and/or goes perfectly in your home.
Prices start from £160 for the natural colour way. Available at the pop up from today and online at edit58.com and matildagoad.com from 18th November.
As well as checking out Farrow & Ball’s new colour collection (which adorns the walls of the shop) the other item you most certainly will not want to miss are these luxury, culinary and totally wonderful Christmas crackers…
The classic tortoiseshell printed crackers are as playful and stylish as they are useful. Matilda had teamed up with TART London to create these all-rounders of a cracker.
Each cracker contains an exclusive TART recipe and spice mix, cleverly designed to incorporate Christmas leftovers. From Christmas Porridge and Turkish Eggs, to Spiced New Year Ham and Turkey Daal, each recipe card has been illustrated by Scribble & Daub and the spices blended by Rooted Spices. Not only this, each cracker also includes a palm reading fortune fish… I mean, do we need to say more?
Crackers (set of six) – £58 per box.
