Ten Trinity Square, the most luxurious hotel in the city and the latest jewel in the crown for the four seasons group, opened its French fine dining restaurant last month.
La Dame De Pic is the first London venture of three-Michelin-starred chef Anne-Sophie Pic (the forth female chef in history to be awarded three Michelin stars) and has already become a firm favourite of London’s discerning foodies.
The grade II listed building is the former headquarters of the port of London authority and the beautiful 78 cover restaurant designed by Bruno Moinard sets the scene for culinary masterpieces including Brittany pigeon smoked with liquorice, turnip, crispy salsify and Combawa citrus bouillon.
This is modern, visionary French cuisine at its best and the technical execution of the dishes is quite staggering. LBM
