SPANISH CHICKEN STEW
This beautiful stew is the perfect dish to warm your cockles on these dark winter evenings. Think smoky chorizo, tender chicken and lots of garlic simmering in all that tomato and stock… And if you want to cut the fat content further, leave out the chorizo and add a little more smoked paprika.

This amazing Asian inspired dish of grilled tuna, soba noodles, broccoli and edamame makes a delicious and well-balanced dinner full of protein and bursting with vitamins.

Just because it’s Nigella, doesn’t mean there’s huge amounts of butter or lard thrown in! This chicken and rice dish is full of brothy goodness we all crave at this time of year… (and a splash of white wine never hurts!)
