Rose Cider, Maison Sassy. Ripple Champagne Saucer, Ferm Living
With every season, comes a beverage. In winter, we crave a warming, cosy, heavy red. Autumn is all about sipping on anything hot with pumpkin and cinnamon. Springtime is basically prepping for and willing on summer, which brings us to the season itself. And for us, a summertime drink must be ice-cold (regardless of the forecast), fruity, refreshing and very slightly sweet (but far from sickly)…Boy, have we found the bev for you.
Produced and bottled in Normandy and made with pink-fleshed apples which gives it that pink rosé colour we’ve all come to adore, this 100% natural, low calorie and low alcoholic drink is the most sippable, elegant and no-fuss way to impress friends and family this summer. Founded by childhood friends Xavier d’Audiffret Pasquier and Pierre-Emmanuel Racine-Jourden, Maison SASSY is all about modernising French cider.
We shared a few glasses here at Caperberry HQ, and can confidently say that this pink drink is a must for the sunshine season. To be enjoyed by the pool, over lunch, at a picnic, you name it – but always chilled and always in a wine glass or even better, champagne saucer.
