Order Changes

Once your order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

If you wish to return a product, you may initiate the return process after receiving your order.


Item Not Received

If your order tracking status shows β€œDelivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly first.

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, it is outside our direct control. However, if the issue persists, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the matter as quickly as possible.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Damaged Shipments

The Caperberry Collective is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We recommend saving all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return Policy for Customer Remorse

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days starting from the day after you receive your order.

We only accept returns for customer remorse under the following conditions:

  • Items with a manufacturer seal must have the seal unopened.
  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • All original accessories and included materials must be returned.
  • Returns must be shipped within 14 days after receiving return instructions from our team.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.


Return Policy for Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products

If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, defective, or not functioning properly, please contact us immediately at:

This also applies to products that become faulty within 14 days of delivery.


Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.


Returning an Order

To return an order, contact us via email and include your order number along with the reason for your return request.

Packing Instructions

  • Securely pack the item(s) in a suitable shipping box.
  • Include all original accessories and packaging.
  • Ship the package using your preferred courier or postal service.
  • Use the return address provided by our support team.

Canceling an Order

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours, provided the order has not already been shipped.

If your order has already shipped, please follow the return process outlined above.


Lost Shipments

If your package has not arrived within 2 days after the estimated delivery date, please contact our customer support team.

We will investigate the shipment with the courier service for up to 5 business days.

If the shipment is confirmed lost after the investigation period, you may choose either:

  • a full refund, or
  • a replacement shipment

Refund Process

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.

Once approved, refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
