Shipping Cost
For all orders, shipping cost is CA$9.95.
While we make every reasonable effort to meet the estimated shipping and delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
Order Changes
Once your order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
If you wish to return a product, you may initiate the return process after receiving your order.
Item Not Received
If your order tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly first.
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, it is outside our direct control. However, if the issue persists, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the matter as quickly as possible.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours.
Damaged Shipments
The Caperberry Collective is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We recommend saving all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
